We Want you to love your Ollie & Mel’s Purchase, So if anything is not quite as you’d hoped we are happy to offer a full refund or exchange.

Online Returns: As long as the goods you send back to us reach us within 14 days of receipt in their original, unused and unworn – [if they are not, we may be unable to accept the goods] we will refund your purchase within 14 working days of receiving your package.

Online Returns to Store: You will be able to return online orders within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or credit note instore. If you wish to have a refund, it will be processed according to our online returns policy stated above. We won’t be able to refund you for the goods instore, it will go through our online returns process.

Purchases made in store
Items can be returned (within 14 days of purchase) for exchange or credit note.
